-       discuss the story line of the animation

-       how much time, and how many people will this take?

Talk about Temple square lights, Story Ideas:

-       following lights in SLC to Temple Square

-       brainstorm imagery, Kristus

-       avoid complicating story

-       just show scenes from temple square

-       Tinkerbelle lights the lights

-       lights turn to stars, stars reveal nativity

Temple square lights process

-       3d work - 1

-       paint texture work

-       storyboards / animatic - 1

-       color tests

-       2D vs. 3D, prefer to keep in 3D, but lets explore options

Temple square lights budget:

-       need script before we solidify budget

-       if funded could be created within 2 months (right number of people)

-       Work with artists to create list of all parts to budget for
